Well, I'm something close to twice George's age, which makes me a double-fogey.
As for your Q-VU mounting question, I have never actually done this, but I think
my approach would be to place one view into the mount by tacking it lightly (in
case changes are necessary) to the back of the proper aperture (in other words,
so it can be seen normally through the opening whether the mount is opened or
closed--I hope this is clearer than it sounds!). I'd then fold the mount closed
and place the other view behind its proper window, still loose. You could then
shift the second picture around until you found the proper alignment with the
first, then tack it down and seal the mount.
