VISIDEP reference (one-eyed stereo)

I found the article on VISIDEP, and it's in our very own Stereo World,
March/April 1983. The article was written by John Dennis. VISIDEP (Visual
Image Depth Enhancement Process) was invented by Dr. Edwin Jones, Dr.
LeConte Cathey and Dr. Porter McLaurin of the University of South
Carolina. Here's a quote from their press release on the process:

"By observing how a one-eyed person interprets depth, the USC professors
discovered a novel approach in communicating depth to the brain -
*disproving the previously accepted stereopsis theory that two eyes are
required to see depth.*
