New EMDE normal mounts

If this new mount behaves as the EMDE 7-Perf, you will actually have a
small amount of vertical play.  Not much, but enough to be useful.
If your shots do not have any vertical disparity, just push each chip
firmly against either the top or bottom nibs so that they are even.
Otherwise, you can push one to the top and one to the bottom to see if
you can make the verticals the same.  It might save you from having to
cut the slide chip.
