Sorry, I do not have these parts.  But my book on the VM-D viewer
has plans for making a reflector.  I have made one for Michael Kaplan
and I believe he was happy with it.  About the screw, you might be
able to find a regular screw for replacement.  I recommend a halogen
shortened bulb in this viewer.  My book has all the details on how
to take care of your viewer, including cleaning the lenses in between
