I'm sorry, but Winconsin is hardly in the "west"! The pattern is really All the
Way East / Most of the way East / All the Way East / West. Next year in
Washington is the first west-coast convention since San Diego three years ago,
and the last west-coast convention scheduled until (maybe) 2001.
