Actually people sometimes leave the film in their longer.
I for one have left a roll of film in a camera for 4 years.
Boy was it fun to get that roll developed. When I first went
back to get my prints, they only developed one print because
they wanted to know if I wanted to proceed with the rest of
the film that they developed. This was because of excessive
grain and color shifts that George mentions. George I know
you would have gotten rid of them but for me these were
pictures of my kid growing up from 2 years old up to 6 years.
A time capsule if you will. The pictures at 6 years were much
better than the 2 years old pics. It seems the time factor of
when the picture is taken is more critical than the actual
age of the film, which is also important. They were panoramic
2d pics. So can anybody on the list break my record? I bet someone
can do better than me.
