You confuse whinning with discussion - there is a difference. As to whether
or not the NSA Board is really open to suggestions is not the issue at hand.
No one at any time has made any statements about their state of mind.

The issues that have been discussed are Site Selection for NSA conventions,
which the Board votes on.  And in my opinion, the discussion has been
positive bringing new ideas and volunteers forward. So what's your problem?

As for your statement about volunteers ----
To quote a very introspective individual "If you volunteer, you are exempt
from criticism or standards?"
