Dr. George A. Themelis
->One problem that I have with PSA is that it appears that most members
->are OLD. I have nothing against old experienced people. The only
->problem is that they are not open to new possibilities, like using a
->halogen bulb in their viewers!

Well, George, I'm under 50 too (just!) so I suppose I'm not OLD either,
but I bet I've been using Halogen bulbs in my viewer longer than you
have! I even had to modify the holder to take those unthreaded bases
with a flange, 'cos they weren't made with the edison screw in those
days! Also had to go to 6 volts - they weren't made in 3 volt versions
either! Of course, the higher voltage helps reduce flicker due to bad
switch contacts...

->And, as you know, young people (under 50?) with good paying jobs can
->be some of your best customers!

Well, my job doesn't pay too well, at the moment. May have to sell the
Hassleblads :-(
