Rights to the name "Realist"

Does any one know who owns the rights to the name "Realist"? recently I 
made a couple of very handsome T shirts for my self that were taken from 
an old David White add.  I would love to offer you (fellow P3d users and 
Realist lovers) the chance to have one also, but don't know if that is 
legally possible. I would appreciate anyones help, or personal advice.
