Hi all.  After DavidH posted his praise for Piper's Pages, I gave Charlie a call
to confirm current pricing.  Send him a check for $15.00 and the set is yours.

Another valuable resource is the Chicago Stereo Camera Club's "Tips and
Techniques".  That is also about 10 or 15 bucks and is a compilation of articles
from their club publication over the last 40 years or so.  These articles deal
with everything from judging to mounting to lighting trick photography.  There's
something there for everyone's taste.  Kind of a modernized version of the 
well-respected Morgan & Lester Realist Manual.
