I have one. I use it to view 2x2s mounted in mounts as thick as an 1/8" or
so (Wess Professional mounts). Of course, you have to use the 2x2 adaptor
(extra I think). Franka also sells a holder for holding individual 2x2
pairs. They are a bit expensive (about US$1 each) so I would recommend that
you get a few of these so as to be able to view a series conveniently and
then use them for a new series later. They will hold a cardboard mount but
not a thicker plastic mount, I believe.

The optics ok but nothing like my Kodaslide II (Dr. T) or a Red Button.

I had to take mine apart and lubricate the focussing screw in order to use
it conveniently. All in all, unless you need to have the individual 2x2
mounts, I would save my money for a T-ized Red Button or a Kodaslide II and
mount the full frame 35 mm chips on one of the 7 perf Realist format mounts
that are available. I use the Albion currently.
