It seems logical to me to assume that ghosting is caused by light areas of one
image washing out darker areas from the other image when they are both "sharing"
the same screen real estate. If so, then increasing the light level would
logically increase ghosting. But then I'm not an optical scientist -- I don't
even play one on TV!
