Yes!!!  I received my copy yesterday and already have read it cover
to cover.  Suberb work by all involved, especially, of course, Dalia
and Andrew.  Congratulations on a GREAT publication!

No, it probably ruined it's value to collectors.  It's no longer in
it's original condition.  It's been "damaged".  :-) :-) :-)

The reversed sheet was quite surprising, and probably something the 
printer did because Dalia and Andrew are usually real sticklers for even
the smallest of detail being *exactly* perfect!
