Nimslo Mounts and Mounting

I've got a bunch of family pictures in Nimslo format, mounted in the old Sigma aluminum
frames. I would like to re-mount these in something nicer. If anyone out there has any
options I haven't thought of, please let me know.

1.) I could sandwich them in glass and finish off with EMDE binder frames or polyester
tape. Don't like this idea, because it's way too much work and fairly pricey.

2.) I could use the cardboard foldovers from Reel 3-d over the existing aluminum mounts.
Don't like this idea, because I really hate the way the cardboard foldovers look, and
they don't really fold flat. They seem to bow out in the centers. Hate that blue color.

3.) RBT's. I like the idea in all respects except for the cost. I could afford to do
this one batch, but ouch on the expense. Too pricey for general use (at least for me.)

4.) Albion mounts in glass. (See #1)

5.) Cardboard foldover mounts from Rocky Mountain memories. Haven't ever used these
before. Do these come in Nimslo size? If so, are the apertures sized so that the black
band across the top is masked off adequately? Also, how does one neatly seal these up.
Any ideas on something better than scotch tape?

6.) Aluminum masks with EMDE slider frames. Would work, but they bend a bit too easily,
plus, the sharp edges are just asking for trouble (scratches on emulsion side etc.)

7. slipping the aluminum frames into the acetate sleeves made by Reel 3-d. I bought
some for this purpose, they feel good in the hand, protect the film chips, and look ok,
but attract dust like crazy.

Best choice would be a cardboard heat seal mount in this size, but they don't make it.
(Anyone want to put up the money to get some of these made up???? Please?!!)

I'm open for suggestions. I want to put this camera back into active service, but I
just haven't found a mounting solution that seems very elegant, except for perhaps glass
mounting.

So, is there a nice Nimslo sized mount out there I have overlooked?
