Re: 3Discover update

Hmmm I guess a wide aspect ratio is not considered panoramic, compared
to slides mounted sideways.

George you'd better look at it again, maybe our definition of
field of view needs clarifing. Even when I finally adjusted it,
10% of the corners were not viewable. Then again maybe you
got an early production model with better lenses!?

Well George I did mention in my original post that some where
hyperstereoooo. See my original post quoted below that mentions.

It would have been done already? How can that be, the 3Discover viewer
just came out in Canada and very recently in the US. You have a point
about the film reversal, which I forgot to consider, but at least as
I mentioned it is spaced the same way as the RBT and that is one problem
less to solve. Yes I know the big question is how. I am working on it
and if you would like details, you can sign a non disclosure agreement
as I should have made John B do.
Concerning do I ever take stereo pictures, sure I do but most are SLR
side by side so that would not be suitable for adapting to the 3Discover
viewer. The question should be do you take 3d pictures, ;-) (very big
wink here) haven't seen any of yours on the net. Mine are. All kidding
aside I think you should take advantage of it, as alot more people can
view them and its very convienant. For that matter I hope Erlys Jedlicka
posts some of the nice 3d slides that you commented on, to her web page.
Lastly I do like taking 3d pictures AND talking about them, as you do
to. :-)

Gabriel going to 3Discover his job because he's late.
