Tom White complains about Kodalux Kodachrome processing...

The first thing to do is call Kodak in Rochester and complain.
It's a free call.  1-800-242-2424.

The second thing to do it stop using Kodak.  I got so tired of
bad Kodachrome processing by Kodak that I bought 10 prepaid
processing stickers from A&I in LA and have been sending my
Kodachrome there.  So far, so good.
