If you are doing macro work of still subjects, you'll much 
prefer your Nikon Macro lens and a slide bar.  If you want 
to do something that's moving, the macro modification of the 
nimslo is a great idea.  The slide bar will give you much more 
flexibility but if you want to take pix of dizgusting little 
insects, you'll have to either murder the little innocents or 
stick them in a refrigerator for a while so's to get them to 
hold still.
