Macro Stuff

Well I blew my first roll of film in my Realist as I did not know
the metal piece was to have the film go UNDER to get into the
sprocket wheel correctly. But at the Chicago Club Awards banquet
last Saturday, I got that all straightened out. Put the bad roll
through on Sunday and saw the correct spacing for pix, so took
another roll, the results of which I will get later this week.

Anyhow, at the banquet, I saw some really nice macro slides and that
is the type work I am interested in. I have heard of the Realist
Macro being as scarce as hen's teeth and if you find one, VERY
expensive. Also heard that someone in California (?) modifies a
Nimslo to take pix from the center two lenses with some kind of
accessory lenses in front so one can get 6 inches away. That is all
I know. Can someone give me more info??

Or, what info is available about doing macro work? I have a Nikon
N90s and the Nikon 60mm macro lens, which does exquisite 2-d work.
How do I do 3-d???

Thanks much

Tim
