3Discover

Hmmm, so the 3Discover uses a single roll of film with (most likely)
specially-designed sprocket holes/or advance wheel to ensure proper
alignment.

...anyone happen to remember Tru-Vue films? ;-)

Judging by the one 3Discover roll I've seen, Wrebbit has alot to
learn from the work done on Tru-Vue films. For one thing, the resolution
on the 3Discover films DO imply that we are looking at at least a third or
fourth generation image. Two people I showed it to assumed the images were
computer conversions, probably due to the lack of resolution and the
obvious hyperstereo. Once again, technology is defeating itself: a battery
powered film advance is nice...yes, but why the neccessity to use such weak
imagery (by my standards, anyway)?

                                                   :-)jamie.
