I went to a local printer a few years ago and had about 200 cards cut
out of a heavy board with white paper on one side. The board was VERY
similar in construction to antique stereo views, and they made the the
exact same size with similar rounded corners using a die cut they
already had. This cost about $40.

Que-Vue makes some excellent cards. Wish I could go back and trade in
my $40 for some of these. They are much nicer, and are made in such a
way that they provide a nice round top matte for your pairs. They end
up looking very much like antique stereo views.

At this point, I am using scotch tape... Maybe not the best, but it
works for me, and allows me to change my mind later if needed.

Hope this helps a bit!
