Hi Henry 

Personally I haven't seen the book, but would love to see and buy it.
Shilo in Japan, kindly found out the address for me where it can be 
ordered , but it is very expensive to order. So I haven't ordered it yet.
The book has been discussed here in P3D in the recent past by others.
My GUESS it must have done using similiar techniques that Lincoln Kamm
used but I don't know. I will let the more knowledgeable members of the list
answer to this one. I am curious to hear Lincolns comments on it, which I
think he might have seen. BTW have you seen it and what did you think
about it?
