Um, No. The film has not yellowed. It has that hue due to the anaglyph
colors used. I've own a Super 8 digest of this and I've seen the
complete 16mm prints many times. This is the way the film was re-issued.

Swank is a well-known film rental company. I don't have a current
catalog, but if they have 'It...', they likely have 'Creature from the
Black Lagoon' in anaglyph also.

The 3-D version of 'It...' is not available on home video. It turns
up every once in a great while on TV, but I haven't seen any lately.
You might be able to find a collector who could make you a copy off
an off-air tape...
