NSA library - WWW?

Because of all the recent discussion about WWW Images and Photographic
Images I have been thinking about the subject more than usual...
One of the main areas that I think that 3D photography would benefit
from WWW exposure is the NSA library. I had the privilege of visiting
this place a few months ago, but would venture to say that far less
than 1% of the people on this list have ever been there. (or will ever
go there!) That is too bad because there is a wealth of 3D info to
learn from, and enjoy there. I have tried to provide SOME information
about SOME of it's contents in my Web Pages (book list), there is still
a multitude of images there that seldom gets seen or used.
I was able to spend only 4 hours there, and got to see only a handful
of the MANY images available. I may return someday, but... Wouldn't it
be wonderful (all resolution opinions aside) to have that library of
images available to learn from and experience on the Web? No matter
your location, or the time of day, you could spend time at the NSA
library... Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?
The Union Pacific Railroad has such a collection on line, and it is
great! Large portions of railroad history presented in stereo!! I can
think of no better way to get people interested in the NSA, and 3D in
general than by providing them with this type of information/images.
When you look for info on the NSA on the web now, you generally only
find a few magazine covers and a few paragraphs of info. Not exactly
representative of what is really out there...
Ideas, opinions, etc.??
