Jim & Anyone else interested....
I purchased one of these (assembly required) from The Museum
Company last year. They (as you probably know) are located in lots
of Shopping Malls (I saw it at a California location & a Las Vegas
loaction). They were selling them for $29.00. I have seem them at
other mall shops, and museum gift shops. The Discovery Store located
in the same Las Vegas mall was selling the kit for $35. The box only
says 'Manufactured by Van Cort Instuments, Inc Northampton, MA
BTW I was bothered by the fact The Discovery Stores demo
had a couple of the (6) peel & stick stereo cards stuck on the cards
backwards (left eye right). Correct me if I'm wrong...but, the "Across
The Sea of Time"s stereoviews (card set) had a couple of cross-eyed
views.
