Anaglyph videos

     Well, as always when this subject comes up, I feel compelled to put up
at least a half-hearted defense of the Rhino anaglyph videos..."The Mask" is
the first one to get and to view, because it has an alignment sequence at the
beginning that allows you to adjust your set properly to maximize your chances
of getting good 3-D.  I have a very garden-variety small Sharp TV, and got
quite acceptable results with "The Mask" (which also happens to be by far the
best movie of the three, though that's not saying much!).  After adjusting
your set with that alignment sequence, try "Robot Monster".  Unbelievably
lame movie, but for some, that's its charm.  But the 3-D is fine through a lot
of it.  "Cat Women of the Moon", on the other hand, I found almost completely
devoid of viewable 3-D, due to severe vertical misalignment of the left and
right images through almost the whole tape.
