and are both considered technically and operationally superior to "Never
Twice Same Color." (sigh)

On a similar note, Marvin and others discuss one NTSC video frame as
being the finest "cut" one can make with TV... most "high" resolution
video animation renders individual frames and fields, resulting in
1/60th second resolution. (This is also how some video 3D systems can
alternate left eye/right eye information and still maintain a frame rate
high enough for persistence of vision.)
