Grant writes about the equation Steve Spicer and I derived.
If you don't want to program it yourself, you can get an
Excel spreadsheet of it from:
ftp://bobcat.etsu.edu/pub/photo/photo-3d/technical/maofd/
There is a new version of maofd being beta tested right now
so if you wait a few days, you can have a later version
(with additional functions tacked on the end).
