Since guidelines are being discussed it may be appropriate to consider the
full range of possibilities for CG work ranging from wholly computer
generated graphics to photographs processed and manipulated to varying
degrees with or without additional graphical content. There is a broad
spectrum of potential that is continuous between each extreme.
