Dale Labs in Ft. Lauderdale will do this (they're one of those places
that's always trying to give away free film in magazine ads; there are a
number of others).  They'll duplicate an uncut negative into an uncut
positive filmstrip for about $6 for 36 exposures.  Costs quite a bit more
if the negative's been cut.  Their address is in the 3D Products & Services
file on the 3d-web site.

These places will try to get you to use their film (unused movie stock?),
but it's kind of grainy, so you're better off sticking with regular print
film.
