Re 60 lens camera

This post reminded me of a item on the UK science TV program "Tomorrows
World" a while back . It featured a multiple camera array arranged in a
circle around the subject the individual cameras being very simple pin hole
devices which worked simultaneously to get a 360 degree view of the
subject. It was used verticaly to get a view of a dog jumping through the
hoop and this to was played back as a film loop . Giving a changing all
round view of the dog in mid air it did appear quite 3D probably becuase of
the continuous movement around the dog. But it occured to me it would
better in stereo which should be quite easy to do viewing to of the images
at a time.Another possibility might be to use the film strip to make a
multiplex hologram or lenticular print rolled into a cylinder. P.J.Homer
