View-Master in a music video...

Hi everyone,

I know I have been less than diligent in reading my 3-D e-mail over the
past couple of months, so if this is old news forgive me. About three
or four weeks ago I saw a video for a group called "Black Crow(e)" (I
think) and the video involved a couple of kids in the backseat of
their family car on a summer vacation with their parents. The kids
are, of course, not getting along and arguing over who gets to use the
View-Master! As each child gets it in his/her grip we see what they
see when they look into the viewer. The band is in settings similar to
some of the old clay/sculpture V-M reels (Alice in Wonderland comes to
mind in one scene) and surrounded by the familiar V-M window. And the
scene "shifts" in a fair representation of what happens as you advance
the reel. All in all I thought it was a pretty decent effort.

I was in a bar watching a friend in a pool tournament and the bar was
playing the juke box and the TV was on VH-1 with the sound turned down
(I hate when bars do that!) so I have no idea what the music sounds
like or what the band is singing. Has anyone else seen this?

I wonder if any copyrights were violated...

Eddie
