the 7P+ stereo format:

________|__________|____________|__________|______|______
SVGA | na | 1:1.33333 | 768 1024| 786K| 4.7MB
7+ perf | 23 31.5 | 1:1.36957 | 683 935| 639K| 3.8MB
According to his documentation, this is the format that is closest to the
proportions of a standard SVGA monitor. I believe one of the RBT cameras also
use this format. Was the 7P+ format invented by RBT, or are there other
stereo cameras that use this format? Since it covers well on a standard
monitor, could this be the future standard stereo format?

Photographing wider than Euro 7 perf
Sam...unless someone knows something I dont....RBT makes the RBTW (my
terminology for model number) which is 23mm x 31.5mm wide.....which is sort
of analogous to a closeup mount for full frame. RBT full frame or RBTF
(again my terminology) is 23 x 33mm....not quite what true full frame image
is 24 x 36mm I beleive, correct me if wrong.
Many use the larger than Euro 7 perf RBT slide formats...mainly modern SLR
setups ganged together...RBT cameras...or Single SLR side shift or cha-chas
(Paul Wing's terminology)...etc.
Also...2 x 2 format users...who just want to get some images in to easy to
handle mounts for hand viewing....since two separate slides requires a bit
more handling....and also the availability of Realist format viewing systems
Projecting devices beyond Euro 7
Other than the Brackett Dissolver and the RBT 101 Projector, I am not
familiar, have not seen any other projectors that clearly show beyond the
Euro 7 format.
Hand Viewing Realist pairs beyond Euro 7
Bob Mannle's foldable STL viewers...or RBT's foldable STL viewer, Dr.T can
modify Realist viewers...and others (I have 2 Red buttons he did for me to
about 31.5mm and they look pretty good) the RBT plastic STL viewer, and
hopefully soon, but I have nothing to show yet...the RBT electric viewer that
will acomodate both 2 x 23 pairs and out to RBT 33mm full frame Realist
format slide mounts....
So Sam...when are you gonna build us a great viewer....go for it!
....is anybody going to add to my info...I am curious too?
