Welcome to the club John!!! I will add your name to the list of Realist
light-leaking owners. By now I have become very familiar with the problem
and I am confident I can take care of any leak. An article will be
published in a future "Inside 3D" (Dalia's magazine). Almost always the
leak comes from either of the closure ends (where the back meets the body)
and most probably from the side of the focusing wheel. This can be
corrected by shaping the metal clip of the back so that the back is held
with greater pressure to the body. I recently worked with a camera that
had a leak in the other end. This is more difficult to fix. I ended up
using a small strip of black tape. Being able to see the leak with a small
light bulb inside (per Greg Wageman's suggestion) was of great help. I
could see where the leak was coming from and what effect my efforts to
eliminate it had. You should fix this damn leak because even though it
might strike infrequently, according to Murphy's law it will damage the
best pairs in the roll!!!

I think any Realist case will do it. Right now I do not have a case in
excellent condition. The case helps in most cases because it blocks the
light from the sides, but I think you should also try and eliminate the
leak from the body.
