First, I am not very familiar with the aforementioned gentlemen. Second,
I do not believe that stereo photography has masters in the way 2d
(ordinary?) photography has. The best known stereo photographers are
associated with the era of commercially produced stereo views and
worked for companies that produced commercial views. Stereo photography
was viewed more as a commercial enterprise than art. Ask the same question
for today. Who are the "masters" today? I am sure one can name a few
2d "masters" but barely a 3d "master". The 3d masters that I know are
at the PSA level (known only by the participants in PSA competitions) and
not any further.
