3D cave folio

I have gotten far more response to my post about a 3D cave folio than
I anticipated. It looks like it will definitely happen. I need to
wait for the response from the caving community though. My notice
will be coming out in the January issue of the national caving
magazine (NSS News). I would expect to hear from cavers shortly after
that. I am keeping a list of everyone that has responded to me, but
if you haven't and are interested there is still time, so let me
know.

I have yet to join the SSA and join a folio so could someone help me
out with the proper format to do this. Are the mailers / info sheets
that the SSA use available to anyone or are they copy righted?
Could someone send me one to work up something similar?
