I also have a copy -- and I was only able to get it recently at NSA in
Rochester after I had been looking for it for many, many years! I had
read it about 10 years ago - and itos an excellent source of information.

I am, by the way, always looking for 3D-books! Especially for a copy
of Valyuso book "Stereoscopy".
