I just found a copyu of Arthur W. Judge's book STEREOSCOPIC PHOTOGRAPHY: 
ITS APPLICATION TO SCIENCE, INDUSTRY AND EDUCATION in our school 
library.  It was published in 1950 and contains some good theory, 
history, and examples of pre-1950s stereo cameras, viewers and 
projectors.  Does anybody have a copyo f this?
