VM Personal Flash

Hi All!

Just aquired a splendid VM Personal (thanks to the efforts of my buddy Jamie
Druin) and am wondering if there's a cheap and dirty way of getting an
electronic flash to operate with this camera.  Truthfully, I've never seen a
more bizarre flash connection than what is sported on this camera.  I'm
looking for a way which doesn't require major surgery which I might do
myself.  Any suggestions?  Any help will be much appreciated.
