Marcus, good for you!  I paid through the proverbial
nose and waited four weeks for delivery through
Kinokuniya Books in San Francisco.  Their currency
conversion table somehow equates 3600 yen to
US$52 --  the only good news was a modest US$8
for air shipping.  I can only recommend them to buyers
with the patience of a middle-aged mother (which,
fortunately, I happen to be).
