viewer paint

would like to warn people who do their own viewer modification as per DrT's
books.
i have found that paint designed for plastic, i happened to use PLASTI-KOTE, an
enamel for plastic, for the flat white insides of kodaks and revere viewers and
have found after about 1 year that the paint has leeched out the brown pigments
from the brown plastic cases, turning my lovely flat white(with a pinch of blue
as per george's recommendation) to an ugly yellow!!!!!
this same paint is still lovely in realist red buttons which have bakelite, not
plastic cases.
has anyone else had this happen.??
solutions for yellow paint?? kiltz stain stopper??
