3-D in Europe

I just flew in from London, and boy, are my arms...
(Ta-dumph!)

There is 3-D in Europe. There are a lot of things in front of and
behind other things - and a lot of them are REALLY old!

Seriously though - while I didn't go there (U.K. France Spain)
specifically to look for 3-D paraphenalia, there was precious
little of it to be found (or run across).

In Paris, at the Eiffel Tower I found a 3-D viewer with transparencies
on a vertical card which slipped down through the viewer when you
worked the tiny lever between your forehead and the viewer. (Needs
some ergonomic work here). And a few extra view cards at 26FF ea.
Forgot how much the viewer with one card cost.

In Spain there were these fold-out cardboard viewers which contained
thin paper sheets with stereo pairs printed on them. Very large
print screen size so imaging dots are quite obvious. The whole
package is intended to be mailed as a postcard (extra postage) and
contained primarily views of some of Gaudi's works.

Also found a molded plastic viewer (also in Spain) which looked much
like it had been made from a still soft plastic sheet which was pushed
into shape and allowed to harden. The images are like full-frame
35mm contact prints (though they were printed on a press). It was
my favourite and cost about 700 ptas.

I looked for more of the fold-up postcard viewers but they were not
to be found just about everywhere.

3-D images were not laying about anywhere I happened to glance. I
suppose the same might be said of the USA. Those scenic viewmaster
"reels" which were so ubiquitous at scenic sites are probably hard
to find now, unless they are making cartoon Grand Canyons...

What time is it here now anyway and which of these coins is worth
how much?

Is it time to take my medication? Where is it time to take it?
