To be exact, the S&H can be as low as $3.85 (if you live in California) ;)
and you are getting two pages of information ;) ;) ;)... You have a good
point and it is rather unfortunate that no provision is taken to mail this
with a letter for a lesser charge.  Reel 3-D has chosen to operate this 
way and they discourage people from ordering instruction manuals only 
("we suggest  that you order these items at the same time that you are 
ordering other products, so that you will save money on shipping and 
handling charges")  This could be forcing someone to order products that 
they don't really need at the time just to get the one page instructions... 
I guess that's what friends or the Internet are for... -- George
