The only commercially available lens that fits this description is the
Vivitar Q-dos, which has been discontinued.  This is a regular Vivitar
Series I 70-210 zoom, with a special switch which imposes a split
red/cyan filter in the light path.  Dalia Miller has one for
sale with a Nikon AIS mount for, I think, $250.

Others on this list have also made their own, by taking apart lenses
and putting in a disk composed of red/cyan filters.  This should work
as well as or better than the Vivitar, although it won't be
switchable.  Also, you have to be willing to risk taking a lens apart.
