APS cameras with electronic shutters?

As much as I'm opposed to the whole idea of APS, it might provide a
convenient way of making a twin rig IF ... there are any cameras which can
easily be synched.  Some of the cameras are quite small, allowing a
reasonable stereo base. Also, the exposure data recorded on the film might
allow for reasonable consistency in processing of left and right spools.

Does anyone know of an APS camera models which either accept a cable
release, or have some kind of external electronic control?  I don't want to
attempt to disassemble anything that costs more than $10.
