Lenticular

Hi, I am new to lenticular imaging, but I am more interested in the
processing part of it. Does anyone know where I can buy lenticular screens
(any manufacturers or dealers)? Also, could you recommend some books on the
subject (especially those dealing with the mathematics of it).
