They are ignorantly or otherwise following the industry *sub*-standard that
says any image created from a 3D environment is itself a 3D image.
(technically most photos would qualify as this kind of 3D) That makes any of
the frames they choose to use from *Toy Story* conveniently into so-called
*3D* images. The key here is the word *motion* which indicates that the fake
3D images are arranged as a motion sequence on a moving lenticular not a 3D
lenticular. The pity is they had stereo 3D available...but I don't think you
can present both motion and 3D in the same lenticular. If it is possible,
I'd like to hear about it...
Business makes a lot of money on this too-conveniently misleading practice
which seems similar in many respects to the recent reports of stores holding
sales which they somehow fail to tell their computer about...even after
repeatedly being notified of the errors! If they were losing money because
of such things it would be changed before you could blink twice.....
