I am aware of two stereo postal circuits.  One is operated by the
Stereoscopic Society of America (SSA) under NSA.  You must be member
of NSA (National Stereoscopic Association) to participate.  Membership
in SSA has separate fees.  There are both slide and print circuits.
Information about the operation of SSA is found in every issue of
Stereo World.  Print circuits are very strong.  In terms of slides
there are three groups for Realist-format, one for 2x2 and one for

Stereo circuits are also operated under the Photographic Society
of America (PSA).  For USA Circuits contact the director:

You have to be a PSA member and also pay separate fees to participate
in the PSA circuits.  I only know of slide circuits (Realist format), 
plus one in nature photography.

Editorial comment:  IMO, the SSA circuits are more "user-friendly", 
like a family with members who are more interested in sharing slides 
than voting, etc.  The PSA circuits are made up mostly by people who 
also participate in PSA slide competitions and are more interested in
competing and are more active photographically.
