Mike,
Are you referring to your "DrT's Great..." post or your "Folding Scope"
post? I'm sure you noticed the former had wrap problems, the latter
did not. Which one used the post-sent-text-wrap feature?

Note that the above will look pretty goofy if you are reading with
a proportionally spaced font. If you have to size your e-mails
manually by using a guide line like the one above, be sure to do so
using fixed-width font.
I would like to recommend a 72 character limit instead, which allows a
little extra room for the >> reference marks that sometimes cause a
line to go over the limit when it is quoted.
