I am interested in setting up and managing such a ring.  In addition, I
am willing to format all stereo
pairs into .NEO format.  Some of the advantages of this format are:

1)  The stereo images are displayed with high quality and no flicker.
1)  Parallax settings can be adjusted by the viewer.
2)  Copyright information is save with the images in a way that can=92t b=
e
forged.
3)  The format is designed to lend itself to lossless data compression. =

A 2.5MB image pair typically occupies only 500Kb.
