Only if your video resolution isn't proportionate. If you're running
640x480 on your 21" screen, then yes, there probably is a problem with
things being too BIG. :-)
Changing resolution on the fly might help if you can do that (Windows
95, for instance does that instantly with click using "quickres") with
your CPU, video card, OS, etc.
I've a 20" Trinitron screen here on my Sun workstation, which is nice,
but with the somewhat low 1100x9_something resolution, things tend
to be a bit big (and non-changable).
